At the centre of our farm is the estate’s most treasured fruit, the endemic blood orange, celebrated for its deep crimson flesh, delicate fragrance, and beautifully balanced sweetness. Throughout the year, the orchards also offer an ever-changing abundance of blonde oranges, mandarins, clementines, lemons, limes, and avocados, each ripened under the warmth of the Sicilian sun and carefully harvested by hand.
The richness of the estate extends far beyond the orchards themselves. During your stay, you will have the opportunity to savour a selection of artisan products lovingly created here on the farm: homemade preserves, fragrant olive oil, low-gluten pasta crafted from our own ancient wheat varieties, freshly pressed orange juices, and handmade ice creams and sorbets that capture the pure essence of the fruit.
